Don't underestimate, but certainly don't count him as the favorite in his party. He does not have the same position Hillary does right now.

He doesn't have the history of lies and corruption Hillary has either.

I know plenty of Floridians who would beg to differ.

Your friend Marshawn sends his best.

Sadly, Jeb Bush with the right running mate may be the Republicans' only chance ..

.. I say "sadly" because Bush favors amnesty, legalizing illegal aliens.

However, if he opposed amnesty, legalizing illegal aliens, he might not take Florida ..

.. And then Hillary wins, and she definitely favors legalizing illegal aliens.

Bush needs to do a ton of analysis to see if he can carry Florida without supporting amnesty for illegal aliens.

If he can, he needs to drop his position favoring amnesty for illegal aliens.

If he then gets elected and sticks to his campaign, that would be the best thing for America.

But, if he can't carry Florida without supporting amnesty for illegal aliens, then regardless of who wins, Bush or Clinton, America takes a significant drop in quality of living.

That would still make Bush (in lieu of another better GOP candidate who could win electorally) the lesser of the two evils.

Once again, that's what it would amount to, choosing the lesser of two evils ..

.. With Bush clearly being the lesser.

Think of the crazy amount of Hispanic votes he would get if he spoke his speeches also in Spanish... He has really good potential if he exploits all his strengths.

Think of the crazy amount of the GOP base that would not vote for Jeb if he took your advice.
I think you're kidding with this idea.

Aside from your Spanish speeches idea, I agree.
I'm sure he's a decent guy, but that last name is still problematic.

I think you are doing a little bit of stereotyping...

There is no question about it Jeb Bush is and exciting prospect.

I'm surprised NP that you would support a man who has positions that run completely counter to your views on many issues....hmmmmmm......must be the (R).

LOL....oh....give me a break. Are you seriously trying to say that Spanish speaking people are so dumb or so easy to sway that they would vote for someone just because they give a speech in Spanish? Can you be any more racist?

Lies and corruption are in the eyes of the beholder. Hillary has no history of lies and corruption unless you a Conservative; Bush has no history or lies and corruption unless you are a liberal.

Although he and she do share numerous positions on the issues.

I feel like Hillary may have passed her sell date.

I am a Conservative, but that doesn't mean that I am a supporter blindly of all things called for by the TEA Party faithful.

One of these policy items is the deportation of the current in-house, so to speak, illegals.

Ejecting these folks, and I think we all must work with some of them on a daily basis, is not a wise or even a possible thing to do.

That said, sealing the borders is a good thing and should due done ASAP.

I think this could be Jeb's position and should be. Seal the borders and stop the flow of all of the illegal people and stuff and, only when this is done, work to assimilate those already here. Stop the "For English press one" BS and force the use of English. This is only due to the problems it caused for Canada a while back when the French speaking areas wanted to split from the english speaking areas. Language is a critical component of unity among a people.

Sealing the borders and allowing amnesty is not a disagreeable position for most and IS an actual compromise between the polar opposite positions.

It may cause an issue with Mexico as this would amount to a militarized border. So be it.

Why do upwards of 90% of the Black population vote for Obama?

Could THEY be more racist?

With Bush seemingly throwing his hat in the ring, my eyes are focused on New Jersey. Both Bush and Christie appeal to the moderate section of the Republican Party. If Christie also joins the fray, I think that will be the end of both of them. I think one moderate can win, I said can will the nomination not will. But if both get into ring, I would lay odds on someone else walking away with the nomination. My two cents worth.

LOL....you DO realize, don't you, that Blacks generally vote about 90% Democratic regardless.....probably because they agree more with the policies than they do with the color of the skin. You just displayed yourself to be just as racist as the previous poster. It has nothing to do with the color of their skin......If so....what didn't blacks flock to the Godfather pizza guy? Probably because they are a little smarter than you give them credit for.....doh!

Why do they continue to vote for politicians offering programs that don't seem to produce outcomes that benefit them? You, by the by, made the same observation I just did. Seeing reality is not racist. Perhaps you think that numbers are racist as well?

10 Amazing Demographic Percentages of the 2012 Election - NationalJournal.com

It's been 50 years since LBJ made his famous prediction that he'd have the black vote for next couple centuries. I've changed his words a tad.

The Democratic Party's Two-Facedness of Race Relations*|*The Relentless Conservative

Interestingly, though, there might be an awakening going on in the country as the strangle hold on information is loosening due to the onset of the myriad media outlets coming to the fore. There are also forums like this one allowing the information to percolate through our society. The level of buyer's regret to having voted for Obama is pretty high. 61% of Blacks regret that they voted for Obama. 93% voted for him. Not good news for the Dems. If Black individuals actually THINK about the person they are going to vote for and not just the color of the candidate, the Dems will have very poor outcomes.

The Democrat policies to divide and create ethnic and economic ghettos both real and figurative seems to be having a little light cast on it. Not a pretty sight.

100% of hispanics regret voting for Obama in the poll. Whites as well. Could this possible have any impact on the recent executive order pandering?

Bush 43 added Cheney to the Ticket to add "Gravitas" to the ticket. That word is an example of how the AP Style Book dominates the thinking of our "independent press" outlets.

Perhaps Jeb adds Christie for a similar reason. If christie is forced to eat meals of the local cuisine on the campaign trail, he may develop his own gravitational field.

Perhaps, a pre-bridgegate Christie would have been an asset. I am not sure he is one now. If I were Bush I would be looking more to Ohio for a VP than New Jersey. That is called the numbers game. Pre-bridgegate, if Christie wer the nominee, a Christie/Susanna Martinez ticket looked good to me or a Christie/Rubio.

But I have been way too preoccupied with numbers and not ideology. All I will say is whomever wins the Republican nomination, carrying Florida, Ohio and North Carolina is a must. Losing one of these most likely means the GOP lost the White House.

Your friend Marshawn sends his best.

The most popular governor Florida has ever had, elected in landslides two times.

To get the margins of victory he must havee gotten some lefties to.

Preying upon the feeble minded. Florida...The blue hair state. Overly fed, newly wed or nearly dead.

Phew!

I always am relieved when Navy Pride supports a Candidate, because that almost always means they are destined for failure.
