It keeps showing the same quote and will not show any other or 'thanks'.

Strangely, it is working fine on Safari. But not using Chrome.

This problem started about 15 hours ago.

I use both of those depending on the device in hand and have noticed no issues. Perhaps cycle your PC or device, and/or clean up temporary internet files and cookies?

Yep, sounds like a browser security setting or allow cookies problem.

Thanks...but...

how do you do any of that?

****, I am very sorry for just getting back to this thread.

For Chrome on PC or a Mac.

1. Start Chrome, make sure no other instances of Chrome are running (i.e. one tab only, the one you opened.)

2. Right into the address bar type "chrome://history"

3. Click on "Clear Browsing Data..."

4. That will bring up some options for you, from the pull down menu select "from the beginning of time," the default selected items on what to clean up should be acceptable.

5. Click on "Clear Browsing Data"

6. You are done.

That dumps all temporary internet files and cookies that using Chromes has picked up. Don't worry, this does nothing else to the PC, nor does it harm your bookmarks, nor does it impact any other application.

If the site is still working well for you using Safari, then don't bother cleaning your internet history. Depending upon the OS of your computer this can be tricky anyway.

Hope this helps.
