I remember in gym class the teacher told us not to snap towels at each other, because we could hit somebodies testicle and make it swell up to grapefruit size. For some unknown reason, that didn't stop it but damn near encouraged it.

That's not what testicular cancer does.
There's no kind of cancer that does that.
