Favre Retires
End of an era, to be sure, in the NFL. One of the last true Gunslinger's in the game, and an all around great, down to earth guy, calls it a day. His names etched in history for the time being though:
"Favre leaves the game as the all-time record holder in several categories including wins, passing yards, touchdowns and consecutive games started."
The passing yards, wins, and touchdowns may be bested...but I have a feeling his consective games started at QB is going to be difficult to get rid of.
He was great fun to watch. Go enjoy retirement hunting and fishing.

Even though he didn't quite make it to the Super Bowl, it was good to see him have a good last season. He was fun to watch, and always gave it 110% out there on the field.
His name will be up in Lambeau Field in record time I would think.

No one should want Grossman.
Rogers I think will do pretty good with that offense they have...espicially now that they have a running back unlike early last year. | |
