2016 Ryder Cup

Name me one good golfer from Eastern Europe.

I didn't say they were good, but the game is spreading. And there are large parts of the US where the game is not strong as well. Regardless, the point is that the US accepts this challenge at a population deficit of nearly 200M.

The game is spreading but outside a handful of countries it really isn't that big in Europe. more than half the team are from the UK. Ironic since they are playing under the EU flag :2razz:

To which the appropriate response is: so what?

Well the population of the UK is around 70 mill. Every Ryder cup is essentially the USA vs the UK ( plus a couple of stragglers).

That's "more than half" but fair enough. Point granted. Regardless, the US team is 100% US.

Yeh and 100% in control. So much quality this year on team USA, should be a cake walk

Every American shouting 'GET IN THE HOLE!' at the tee-off on a Par 5 is also a Trump voter. Fact. (I'll get my coat!)

****ing Westwood why was he a captains pick? Been awful all year, pretty much said the same himself.

17-11. A good win. Reed over McIlroy was the dagger to the heart.

Let's see if you can make it to a second victory this century.
Sooo...this WAS the second victory this century....

Ive always thought it rather telling that Europe has to combine all its talent to beat us....

;)
