No, he pumped faked, brought it back in, put two hands on it, and then was hit from behind, then he fumbled the ball.
Everyone knew it was a fumble and no one had ever heard of that rule before then. The clowns in the booth had to dig deep into the rule book for that call. It was b.s. and everyone watching that game knew it.
The clown in the booth said his arm was "clearly" moving forward. You can also clearly see it in the clip.
