NBC to tape delay Olympics because women are bad sports fans

By the way, I love NBC's streaming policy. "An event we don't show on TV? Better confirm you have cable TV before we let you watch it!" Uhh, what? Even ESPN isn't that ridiculous.

My daughter LOVES the opening ceremonies. The people. Countries. Outfits. Pagentry. Songs. Art. Just loves it all. We sit with popcorn and watch the whole thing.

Jesus... the guy with the one the most extreme Political and social agendas on the site is upset TV, TV... with its 500 channels on maximum cable and thousands of hours of content made, just per week, has a problem with any politician and social commentary there-in.

Yes, liberals love their shows filled with their social and political agendas, but of course, people opposed to those agendas don't much care for it. Go figure.

Very true. Every time I see that a woman has written or done a screen play for a movie or TV show, I can figure it's gonna be a dumb, non-factual event! If they are the primary producers, I usually turn it off.
And if they have a woman running the show as a lead detective, SWAT commander or agent, I know it's gonna suck.
Now, I'm not talking about dikes.(nothing feminine about them) Eugene PD has a dike running SWAT. The typical manly woman.

If I haven't seen the credits for a tv show or movie and come in during the middle of it, I can guess with about 97% accuracy, who wrote and produced it.

You can buy from Amazon or Radio Shack, but that will probably run 30-50 bucks, so probably not worth it for just a temp fix.

But, if you live close enough to the station/transmitter, an old set of rabbit ears or even speaker wire can work (so long as you have a coax connector). The speaker wire needs to be in a "T" shape - you split one end about 3 ft. and run those along the top of your curtains, bookshelf, fireplace mantle, etc.

And you can't handle the truth. I've seen enough police procedurals and police type movies to know what's real, what's fake and what is just plain stupid. When there is a woman in charge of those....stupid is what we get.

I'd like to revisit this claim. When did TV stop catering to men? What year or years did it become girly. What is "some time".
