Whoops, Curt Schilling Did it Again

Yeah, $75 mil of taxpayers money.

I have NO idea of his current personal financial situation, but after his company tanked he said besides the $75 mil of tax payer money that he lost he also lost $50 mil of his own money. All of his money.

He had a good job at ESPN, I'm sure it paid well. So that's another reason why I find it surprising he couldn't keep his mouth shut. You would think he'd want to hold onto that job?

IDK, maybe he has endorsements and other money coming in too. But after being fired those endorsements might dry up too, if he has any.

Typical Right Winger---hates government but is first in line to get "his" check.

I must know at least a dozen so called libertarians who collect government checks. The cognitive dissonance in these people is astounding.

This is about "grown men using the same bathroom as little girls". This is about transgendered men or transgendered women being allowed to use a restroom that associated with their gender.

Excuse me I meant this: This isnt about "grown men using the same bathroom as little girls". This is about transgendered men or transgendered women being allowed to use a restroom that associated with their gender.

Liberals everywhere: Schilling needs to work for Rush, not ESPN. We do get to voice our disgust with disgusting posts by bigots. ESPN is free to drop disgusting unrepentant bigots from their payroll. (No doubt Curt's contract has suitable clauses to cover this)

Rabid Right: why can't we use free speech to attack those we despise and be protected from non governmental organizations objections???

i agree that rush limbaugh or a republican primary would be a much better fit. Of course, espn failed utterly to do proper vetting before the jackass, so they don't get a free pass either

Picture is an appropriate representation of the times. I laughed out loud literally when I read the story the other day where school officials stated students were LITERALLY SOBBING because religious groups offered free lunches to students OFF CAMPUS.

Frankly...I think Schilling gave precisely zero ****s about ESPN/ABC/Disney firing him for having an opinion.

That picture isnt all that far off of what you are likely to see brough into ERs on a Saturday night for a crisis eval (mostly because the cops dont want to have to take them to the station). Believe it or not...not every (and I would suggest not even 'most') transgendered people are people that dress well, look pretty, and you would have a really hard time telling the difference of gender. A good number of them? They could be hangin out with that guy at a party.

ESPN/ABC/Disney doesn't have the best reputation for fairness, being balanced, or being tolerant.

the vast majority of far more sensible people never get a first chance to be a commentator on a major network. They had schilling doing the broadcasts for my school's softball run a year ago and it disgusted me even back then - the same with matt millen doing the football broadcasts

Create transgender bathrooms then. Certainly these type of people should be comfortable. I don't want them feeling awkward or embarrassed going into a bathroom to where they do not belong in.

Frankly i see this as bigots using propaganda to attempt to sway public opinion through gross lies.... First there won't be a 40 year old man wearing a dress that a little girl can tell is that and not just an ugly bitch. Many straight women are upset over this law- not because they 'fear' a man in the bathroom with their daughter- first the mom or dad should be in the bathroom with their child, second the stalls all have doors so no one sees anything they don't see in public- but because it puts proving their sex to strangers.

There won't be a rush of 'straight' men dressing up to attack little girls in showers or bathrooms- nothing was stopping them from using this ruse before... and it wasn't a thing. Now women have been attacked by men in bathrooms or showers- this law will do NOTHING to stop that.

When it comes to messed up folks being taken by cops to the ER rather than deal with them- the cops do that with a wide range of true human wrecks- it isn't just sad looking CDs.

One should make the distinction between CDs and TGs... :peace

They did an experiment recently, asking a bunch of idiot college millennials questions about gender. Some guy asks them, "If I said I was a woman, what would you say?" Almost all the brainwashed zombies said they would accept that he was a woman. :shock:

Which isn't really a bad idea considering those that don't pass all that well as the opposite gender.
