Peyton Manning is a horrible person

He mooned her. Right?

Call in the PC Gestapo.

Assuming it s true, this could be rather damning. Awkward timing...

No, try reading the story for understanding.

He dumped his junk on her head and proceeded to lie about it and trash her for years afterwards.

An Alabama fan did that to an LSU fan (male) after the SEC championship game and went to jail for it. He was lucky to have his sentence pled down from 10 years.

Innocent until proven guilty.

And doping does not make him a horrible person. At worst, it makes him a cheater. Big deal in the grand scheme of things.

The other thing is obviously potentially much worse. But again...innocent until proven guilty.

OK, I read the whole article. Good luck proving that he slid down and stuck his junk on her head. I believe it's possible, but I also see it as being impossible to prove.

Steroids and HGH in football! I'm shocked. Shocked I tell you.

A jock doing something like this to a woman he considers a dyke or whatever...more shock. All those hits to the head do have an effect on impulse control So, it's not unusual to have someone without it do strange things. But, yeah. Where's the proof that Peyton did this?

Eyewitness account (player) documented in letters to Peyton. He subsequently had his scholarship removed. Settlement with the university for 300k a very large amount back then. The university asking her to blame another (black) player instead.....

People saw him do this? I didn't read that.

I am not going on heresay.

Convict him in a court of law or he admits it and then I will believe it.

I don't doubt for one second that he could have done it.

But I am not convicting the guy on heresay and rumor.

Yup Malcom Saxon read the segment right under the picture of Peyton celebrating on the field after the Super Bowl win.

Not a he said she said situation.

So something happened in 1994 between the two of them that we know nothing about, except that the woman and Manning are supposedly still pissed about it two years latter, when a supposed sexual assault (the description of which seems almost impossible to actually accomplish). One side says it happened and the other side says it didn't. Even if it did, why was this woman in the locker room with a naked "kid?"

It's not rumor there is an eyewitness confirmation.

Um because she's a trainer? Female reporters go in male locker rooms all the time. Lots of naked men running around in there.

What's impossible about the situation. She's working on his feet he slides his as of the table on her head. Easypeasy.

Maybe he did. I don't know. Take him to court and prove that he did it, if he did. Until then, then this is just an unfounded character assassination and nothing else - Tawana Brawley's accusations and the accusations made by that stripper against the Duke University Lacrosse Team come to mind.

A black teammate says he did. Different situation. The university asked her to blame a different and specific player. There is no doubt about what he did and his behavior to her in the aftermath is reprehensible

Then charge him with a crime and take him to court. Until then, he innocent until proven guilty.

Apparently not enough for the therapist to press charges and a prosecutor to take it to the grand jury.

Only in a court of law. In the court of reasonable public opinion he's quilty and is a horrible person.

There's nothing reasonable about public opinion that advocates lawlessness. Accusing a person of being a criminal without proof in court to confirm it, is a crime - it's called defamation.

She took a 300k settlement to maintain her privacy and avoid being dragged through the muck by the thuggish manning clan and UT. Years later in an appaling breach of their agreement Manning (a well known horrible person) did just that and cost her yet another job. She has many many many former male UT athletes who have gone on to be doctors lawyers and Olympic athletes who have refuted Peyton's slurs.

Interesting that Peyton isn't claiming defamation. In fact he's too chicken **** to say anything. That's what quilts cowards do.

Apples and oranges. That Manning slandered her in his book and then violated the non-disclosure agreement is a separate issue.

As is the fact that Manning is probably an asshole.
