Best Pitching Staff in MLB

So Sirius 209 MLB was opining last night that the Dodgers had the best pitching in baseball. Is that why they're after David Price the most?

I remarked to my wife LAD may not have the 3rd best staff in their state, behind OAK, SF and LAA--plus Seattle in a short series. And it looks like STL and BAL are both after Kurt Suzuki from the USA today.

My choice is the Nats, with lefty Gio coming back and their three "other" strarting righties pitching better than Strasburg. Their bullpen has been lights out and deep all year .
