Jim Irsay

Apples and Oranges. Sterling put the image of the NBA in a very bad light. Irsay made a dumb mistake. that is why it is hard to say what a fitting punishment is. Goodell has to set a precedent on this. but not sure if any kind of ban is good. And Sterling had nothing to do with this being out of the lime light the draft did that, if anything the Sterling incident helped people to talk about it again
Wasn't saying what he did was comparable. I was saying Sterling stole the limelight. However, Gipper made a good point. I would say the fact that Irsay put lives in danger, not to mention broke the law, is far worse than someone saying something hateful. Wouldn't you?

Without question. However where does that leave the punishment? If Sterling gets a lifetime ban for stupid comments, what could be the fate of someone who committed criminal actions?
