That kid was looking for that throw and found it.
He really seemed gassed after that big effort, though.
Maybe doesn't speak well for his endurance in a grinding kind of match.
Anyway, he's my current favorite.......I'm very fickle.
Overall, OSU didn't perform very well in the quarters and PSU did.
I'm guessing that PSU is now in the lead.
If PSU is not quite in the lead, their returning champs will seal the deal.

Getting ready for trip to Iowa so can’t stay long.
Just had a wild class doing ReDox and now need to finish packing.
Wife will be home soon.

Only sad thing is leaving the cats until Sunday.
Thankfully, cats don’t need a sitter.
And, I learn from them when they WRESTLE ... cat-quick ...

I’m missing the finals out on the farm; too important to be here family wise; had the great nieces and nephews in the huge yard build a bonfire while the adults were discussing mom-in-law; very therapeutic; please keep me updated ...

SDSU kid won 133, school's 1st Div. ! champ.
Another frosh going for 141 title.
Love the bonfire idea.

Nolf wins.
His opponent #1 seed kinda stood around the entire match. I'm sorta rooting against PSU---David vs Goliath kind of thing---but Nolf, with a bad leg wrestled well.
 
PSU 6-1. Martinez could generate no offense. Lackluster performance. Title clinched for PSU.
 
Valencia vs PSU next. Zahid looked a little lethargic in semis.
 
Valencia wins 8-2.
Pretty much controlled the entire match...USA! USA! USA!.....ooops...I may be dyslexic.....ASU! ASU! ASU!....and by extension...yay, Cali. HS school product.

Thank you so much. You’d love it here on the farm. So very therapeutic. Disappointed for I-Mar. Life is about how we comport ourselves in winning and losing. Wrestling really stepped it up in sportsmanship this year.

We are the lucky ones to have been a part of the wrestling community. I could not have asked for a better friend in real life than you ...
 
Head to head OSU-PSU. Don't like Nickal. Tell you why later. I actually think OSU can still win this if they take this match.
