I am sure men throughout history have routinely practiced vigorous prostate hygiene, squeezing out every last drop of old cellular residue whenever possible. Undoubtedly, any benefit from that activity has already been maximized by men of all ages. I would be far more interested to know how they ever found controls for such a study. Are there men who actually refrain from using their prostate on a regular basis?!?

Jay Leno incorporated this good news into his monologue some time ago. Seems that first it was reported that ingredients in pizza helped to minimize prostate cancer, then it was reported that masturbating helps. So his comment was, " it like we have always been told, diet and exercise, diet and exercise".
