I climbed on one of those Rocket shaped iron bars thingys (the symbolism of the thing only just now strikes me ironic  ) and fell legs splayed on either side of a horozontal bar (kinda like the myriad crash videos you see of skateboarder grinding accidents). It was awful--and I remember it vividly to this day.
