Surely you are correct, but the problem I have is that no one will "get to know me" they just "see me." Their hormones kick in and all the want to know is, can we have sex yet? It gets quite tiresome when there is so much more to me than my sexiness.

If you're that good looking, then you have all the power in the world.
You decide when you'll let them have sex with you.
Hopefully not until you make sure they know you as a person, and appreciate all your admirable characteristics.
If they seem not to have the capacity to appreciate anything besides your superficial appearance, then move on to the next one.
I just worry, in all seriousness, that this classified ad thing might be dangerous.
Haven't there been some serial killers who met their victims through the classifieds?

I again agree, but I was just tired and cranky after so many similar "responses" whether it be at a bar or through the web. I thought (since clearly I am listened to with some respect here where no one has a clue about my looks) that through the web would be a way to force conversation before the inevitable.

So I just needed a short, humorous, sarcastic release. Hence the pretend posting. Also it turns out the posting didn't actually post on Craigslist because I have to sign up for an account, and I didn't/won't do that.

Fear not, a serial killer won't be in my future any time soon.
