I'm like... we didn't do public sex when I was a kid... has everything changed or what?

Really? Were you a kid like before cars were invented?
Because I'm not very old, but I've seen a lot of old movies, and I've read a lot of old books, and sociological history is my field of interest, and it seems to me that people have
always screwed in cars. And not with the cars parked in their closed garages, either- ergo, "in public".
In fact, during the "Roaring 20's", that notoriously libertine decade when ownership of enclosed (with a roof) automobiles first became widespread, they were denounced from pulpits across the land as rolling dens of inequity.
In fact, knowing human nature- and human history- as intimately as I do, I'll bet you dollars to dumplings that people were boinking in horse-drawn carriages even before the advent of the automobile.
