Can anyone (women in particular) tell me if the ky warming gel actually works? No need to get detailed, a simple yes or no would do.

Yes it does. If I may offer, KY is a very good lubricant offered at the local pharmacy or grocery store. If you want the best, do a little research, look on line and go to your local adult toy store. They often have samples of the best lubricants in all varieties in single serve packets, so to speak, often for free so you can try them and see for yourself. LOL
