The prefix "auto" stems from the latin word "auto", meaning "self".
IE, "autobiography" = "self-biography"; "autotroph" = an organism that is self-nourishing or capable of generating its own food.

It's got a cameo appearance by Bauhaus, one of my all-time favorite bands!

Yep... Micheal Hutchence certainly got alot of people asking questions when he passed.
Thats why I preffeced my statement by saying a "safe version". No worries... It's all good in the neighborhood... Dang... now I'm hungry!!!

I'm just not one of those people who is capable of integrating the spiritual and the physical- probably because I don't believe in the spiritual. If there is an element of spirituality to human nature, it is irritatingly absent in me. So I instinctively mock everything having to do with spirituality; it's reflexive.

However, if this stuff works for you and your significant other, more power to you.
