That's not what anyone said. What was said is that pedophiles do not have their sexuality determined by what kind of children they molest or claim attraction to because sexuality is about more than just sexual attraction.

I've been there. For about the whole month of April the usual suspects were trying to tell me that John Gacy was a heterosexual. So, you can spin all you want. I know exactly what was said.

Sexual orientation =/= to pedophilia they are completely separate.
In fact many male pedophiles that abused boys are heterosexual, it has more to do with access than anything else.
Pedophilia is an attraction to PREPUBESCENTS. Gender doesnt play a role.

Of course, to these people it's all about self-identification. Facts be damned. A guy says he's hetero, he sexually abuses and kills only young men---that's a heterosexual to these clowns.

I bet though that if a guy said he was gay but he raped and killed 30 women, they'd argue he wasn't really gay. Funny how that works.

The whole thing is really odd to me, since most sex crimes happen againt women and girls. Yet gay dudes throw a fit whenever you tell them that those Catholic priests were gay. Why do they protest so much? It seems really narcissistic to me that they can't own up to the fact that some pedophiles are indeed gay. Like they think of themselves as being perfect, with no flaws. I bet they wouldn't care if I said that a grown woman who molests underage girls is a lesbian.

Once again, I will challenge you to quote where someone said that a pedophile could not be gay. A gay pedophile could end up sexually assaulting a young girl. Pedophila is an attraction to prepubescent people, and hebephilia is an attraction to younger pubescent people. Gender rarely matters as a matter of attraction. Yet these individuals usually have a set gender preference when it comes to their adult partners, the majority of which are heterosexual. And yes you would be challenged if you made the assertion that a grown woman who molests underage girls is a lesbian simply because of the underage girls. If the hypothetical woman had only female adult lovers, yes we could call her a lesbian. If a hypothetical male sexually abusing underage boys had only male adult lover, yes we could call him gay. Not a single person here has made the argument that a pedophile cannot be gay. The invalidity of your argument comes from the basis of your claim, not the possibility of it being true.

I wouldn't be surprised to see them argue that Jeffery Dahmer wasn't a true gay man.
 
It would seem that if one added all the men who had sex with boys, to all the men who had sex with men, one might actually come to the conclusion that excuses for deviate sex are still simply excuses.

I don't. Which is why I'm in favor of capital punishment for serious sex offenders, which would do more to stop them than worrying about who's using the restroom for what purpose.

Capital punishment isn't a deterrent to serious sex offenders or murderers because they are inherently irrational people.

And when it turns out one or more was wrongfully accused? In reality you'd be more likely to end up with fewer convictions at all since there are people on juries that would consider the possibility of a wrongful conviction too much for their conscience so any doubt at all would appear "reasonable" to them. And yes wrongful convictions of sex offenders has happened.

I have long held the theory the reason pedophiles are treated so lightly in both our countries is because of the unseen pedophiles among the ranks of our law-makers and keepers.

Yes, capital punishment should only be used against known pedophiles and rapists who have been convicted with use of DNA evidence, or irrefutable proof of guilt. He said/she said cases should not be punishable by capital punishment.

Repeat offenders who are currently being housed in protective custody, should be given capital punishment, and not be allowed to use children or women like inanimate objects. Thousands of such offenders exist. They attack a child or woman, do a few years in protective custody (which costs upwards of $100,000 per year, per inmate), and then repeat the cycle.

Richard Allen Davis had kidnapped 3 women, and had a 23 year criminal history that included major felonies, before he kidnapped, raped and murdered 12 year old Polly Klaas. Davis has been on death row for 20 years at this point.
He uses drugs in prison, has his own large cell with cable TV, and is dating a 20 year old woman who says she wants to have Davis' baby.

Is that justice?

While idiots debate whether someone like Davis would feel pain by receiving lethal injection, Polly Klaas is in her grave, denied the right to even exist by a piece of human shlt who continues to use society for whatever the hell he wants.

I believe that exists, in fact, George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton have both had odd ties to sex rings that prostituted children. They are too powerful to ever receive scrutiny by most of the mainstream press.
