Texas Rules Birth Certificate Determines Gender of Student Athletes

Texas is a mess. I agree. After all, it's a rare state that would elect a zealot like Ted Cruz as their Senator. Maybe Mississippi or Alabama would do it, but the rejected his presidential bid and voted for Trump. So, even those Evangelical states saw something wrong with the creep...but, not Texas. They love him.

Yeah, I agree with you there.

Trump is the missing link of politics ... and Cruz just smells of dishonesty and corruption. For whatever reason, that appears to be what people in Texas look for in a candidate.

where did you get that photo? are you sure it's actually a former woman?

Yes? His name is oliverbeastly on Tumblr. He is a transman.

He's exactly the type of person that the Texan lawmakers -- who all apparently have a 4-year old's understanding of gender -- would be forced to compete with women.

Here are some more transmen.

Aww thank you friend!

My stance on this stuff is real simple, I get it, you're trans and want to live your life to it's fullest. However you have an obligation to society if you want society to honor it's obligation to you:
You have the wrong plumbing, you don't change / shower in the locker rooms.
You haven't been on hormones for at least 1 year? You don't get to play ladies/mens sports.
You can't just declare "Today I'm male/female" and use the opposite restroom.
You do NOT get to demand everyone accept you. You ask for them to respect your rights, and you respect their right to disagree. That means they have to use the right pronouns, but can also say "I think what you are doing isn't right."

I think that sums up my basic approach to much of the issue.
This would need to be based on the honer system. I am thinking about what an awful intrusion into peoples lives and personal business it would take to establish these stipulations

Sometimes Texas gets one right.

Bravo to the superintendents for the in your face to the LGBT agenda.

They weren't already using birth certificates? I thought they were.

And if someone can prove their truly Transgender then that's good. I don't think, considering how dishonest some are, taking someone's word for it is good enough.
