The problem is many people interpret harm differently.

for some, if you say something like heck and gosh darn it, they pull out their hair and call that harm because it made them feel bad.

No. What you are describing is "offense." That is a self-determined "harm," something one chooses not something that is imposed on them. I am talking about ACTUAL harm.

and there is a fair amount of censorship in America because people can't bear to hear those offensive four letter words like life and love.
 
Disabled people who do sex work may be abused by clients.

You know, when I look at much of the rest of the world, I get disgusted with how socially backwards this country can be, particuliarly with prostitution & drugs.

And the same dayem Christian Right & GOP keep pulling us even further. Just look at the way they're attempting to circumvent the Constitution with State & local abortion legislation (as distasteful as the subject may be).

You realize that they are the ones seeking her out? That's like saying that abled people need protecting from prostitutes. Even if one were to ascribe to your specific set of morals, which there are many who do, they would be telling you what a failed argument this is. While there isn't a lot I agree with you on, I've seen you make better arguments than this. Go get some coffee, wake up and then try again.

In an unrelated note some people are so ugly (inside and out) that no prostitute will touch them. These people are universally reviled.
