And yes, if you read here you will see how accommodating these people, it will affect how the laws are applied to others.

Not sure how this is a gay thing though. This sort of thing happens with donor situations in all sorts of circumstances.

The sad thing is, they really should be putting the kids first and they aren't.

I think we both know you're full of something right now. You didn't post this thread because of how it might affect legal precedence.

But I feel we're drifting off the important subject. Are you saying these people are mentally deranged because they are gay?

yep so their argument is of who has legal custody is both of them do and there is little a court can do about it.
if I was the judge I would give shared custody and if it continued then I would have child protective services pull the kid.

I feel sorry for this child they are going to have sever issues.

They pretty much already had the 'shared custody' thing going on and it didn't work out.

I too feel for this kid. I was a child of several divorces but, at least stayed with my actual parent the whole time. It got so bad I moved in with my grandparents to have stability.

The child will suffer if/when the parents cannot get along for the good of the child. But their sexual preferences have nothing to do with it, regardless of your mistaken notion they are mentally deranged because they are gay.
