Russia says drivers must not have 'sex disorders'

No shock coming from Russia, they have plenty of legislation on the books about "non-traditional" existence.

Best I can tell from looking at videos of Russian drivers and why there are so many with dash cams is... There is no universal standards for operating motor vehicles in the country, the road system is a joke and in terrible decay (especially where weather conditions are harsh,) there is little investment in road safety signage and proper use of intersection and directional signals, and overall the police enforce traffic laws with passive aggressiveness.
 
Well, Putin IS a moron so this was to be expected.
 
Russia has listed transsexual and transgender people among those who will no longer qualify for driving licences. Fetishism, exhibitionism and voyeurism are also included as "mental disorders" now barring people from driving. "Pathological" gambling and compulsive stealing are also on the list. Russian psychiatrists and human rights lawyers have condemned the move.

The government says it is tightening medical controls for drivers because Russia has too many road accidents......snip~


Whats funny is their Professional Drivers Union supports this move. Until Putin decides to look within their pasts. Does Russia have any Professional Drivers? What about race car drivers?
 
Russia enacts more stupid "knee jerk" laws than any nation on earth. The have a yo-yo effect on society, too.
 
Maybe they should restrict vodka sales if they want safer roads.

Putin's behavior seems to me to be a latent in denial. Look at all his photo ops. He is so strongly stressing how 'manly' he is, even though physically , he is definitely past his prime, and it looks ludicrous. In addition he obsesses over sexual deviancy, and homosexuality in specific. So many times when someone does that they get caught with their pants down with someone of the same gender.
 
Maybe you're right. Maybe Putin is gay.

I got to wondering about Putin and his personal life. Seems he's a pretty private guy. He did have a wife for 30 years, but now is divorced. They have two daughters.

Maybe he's not gay after all.

Ted Haggard has a wife, kids, and got caught with his pants down in a rest room with a male prostitute. If you look at his sermons from before his getting 'caught', there is a lot of obsessing about homosexuality.

that's a possibility. Maybe he's working overly hard to convince Russians, or maybe himself, he's not gay.

It would be an interesting story if he were caught and outed.

Anyone who caught him or tried to out him or basically messed with him in any really embarrassing way would have a very short life span.
