I love men..but I also understand their incapability of being faithful to one women..I think 95% of men would cheat if they weren't so scared of their wives/partners finding out...

When women make these simple-minded observations about men, I think it is more a matter of them selecting those men who reinforce their notions than it is being exposed to men who would broaden their understanding of men. Women lacking in self esteem usually pick men who are emotionally unavailable, as the bad boys reinforce their notion that they don't deserve any better, whereas any man who is at all emotional is rejected out of hand for having too many feminine traits. These sorts of women think all men are the same because THEY are the ones selecting only those men who fit the bill. Those who have the most restrictive notions of gender hook up with others with similarly restricted notions and create their own self-fulfilling prophesies. .

Hey..cool..very small amounts of males mate for life in the animal world...And humans are no different..Most marriages nowadays end up in divorce...

Women from Venus..men from Mars..so unless you work a 40 hour week..greet your husband looking like a ten dollar hooker...you are toast..

The men and women of the Church have, by large majorities, voted for women bishops. The foolish constitution imposed on the Church by the politicians said there had to be a two-thirds majority, which was just missed in the house of Laity. Stop posturing.

Well, every house showed a very big majority for women bishops. so clearly they did win. It is a pain to waste your time going, so anyone who really wants to can go to Synod as a 'representative', which is an invitation to the cranks but even so they only managed a spoiling minority by six votes. Stop posturing. Which parliament would demand a two-thirds majority? That is what was imposed on the Church by the Westminster régime.

It said male bishops and priests appointed to look after parishes opposed to women bishops must act in line with the parishes' "theological convictions".

Well, if you will insist on making a total majority everywhere mucked about by a politician-imposed two-thirds majority into some sort of male bullying, what else can I call it but posturing? You know that you are falsifying what happened, after all.

I think they're afraid of showing what they have, and they think they're giving women a taste of their own medicine sometimes too.

I wish men would relax more often. It would make things so much easier. Maybe the problem is they can't because they've been so ingrained to be well-behaved?

They're probably afraid of exploding and getting in trouble, or maybe it's that they're afraid of scaring a woman off, so they don't bother trying.

I think it is because most men still hold on to conservative ideals when it comes to dateing while woman have become more liberal on the subject. Many men in America do not know how to handle a situation when a woman actually approaches them. I think a lot of it can be attributed to a type of psychology that exist it the US. Next time you are around a group of people and have an extra sandwhich, or some kind of food.. Offer it to them for free and see what happens. Most people will refuse it because red flags go up in their mind. Maybe it is not that good, maybe it is spoiled.. what is wrong with it that they are giving it away for free. It is a psychology in society and also in men that makes this kind of situation like you described.
 
Men don't run from intimacy, they run from commitment.


And since most women contrive intimacy to equal commitment, well.....
