Kick in the nuts?

It depends on the intent of the person inflicting the devastating blow. Case in point, a North Carolina woman is facing a malicious castration charge after she allegedly squeezed the scrotum of a 59-year-old acquaintance so vigorously that one of the victim’s testicles was dislodged. The victim told cops the woman “grabbed him by his scrotum” in a vise-like grip. While he was able to “jerk away from her grip,” the man freed himself after Gregory had succeeded in squeezing a testicle out of his scrotum."

Kicking someone in the groin isn't a sexual act. Neither party derives sexual pleasure out of it (unless there's some weird fetish going on, in which case maybe).

In most cases, it's just normal assault.

Yeah, I think it's sexual assault. I'd have no problem classifying it that way. It might depend on circumstances though. Like, was it by accident? Grabbing a woman's breast should always be considered sexual assault, in my opinion -- not sometimes.

I disagree. Breasts aren't sexual objects. The only purpose they serve are to provide nourishment to infants. Just because men are attracted to them doesn't mean they're sexual. Men find womens' legs attractive, so should someone be charged with sexual assault if they touch a woman's legs?

Harm = assault.
Sexually charged activity that's unwelcomed = sexual assault.

In order to be considered sexual assault it would have to be done to gratify the sexual desires of any person. this would be aggravated assault

Define "aggressive". If a guy attempts to physically harm you or rape you, fine. If you kick him in the nuts because you didn't like something he said, it should be assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature.

It isn't always self defense sometimes its vindictive. In which case it should be considered aggravated assault.

Interesting how when you inflict injury on a sexual organ it confuses people...
 
Hollywood tends to like to use a man getting kicked in the groin as a laugh line and even often feature it in movie-PR ads as comedy.

I read that in India some wives actually succeeded in murdering their husbands by after tying them down squeezing their scrotums causing pain-shock death.

Breasts are sexual. Breast play for most women is a turn on. If someone touched my breasts without permission, they will pull back a bloody nub.
