Kick in the nuts?

I think the action typically has to be for sexual pleasure on the part of the attacker.

Rape and sexual assault almost never has anything to do with "pleasure", the individual is really showing power and dominance. After all, if I went up to a woman and savagely mauled her breasts, what pleasure am I really getting out of that, especially through clothing? I might as well be mauling her elbows. But what I am doing is telling her "See, I can do this because I am a man, and I am bigger and stronger then you are and you can't stop me".

And yes, I think it is sexual assault, just as much as if I was to maul a woman's breasts or buttocks. Of course, I also have no sympathy for any kind of assault outside of self-defense, and believe that all should be prosecuted severely.

Of course it's for pleasure. Some sick assholes enjoy the raping process, so they do it. They find feeling powerful pleasurable.

I have no idea why you brought this up. The distinction either way plays no role in the question in the OP.

but if you miss you are gonna get the crap beat out of you because that sort of action is an "all bets are off"

That also depends on the individual as well.

Past girlfriends have abused me on many occasions. I have been hit in the head with hardcover books, had cups of hot water thrown in my face, and even had the infamous "knee in the crotch" on at least 3 occasions. And my response was to - walk away. I have never in my life struck a woman, nor been in an altercation with a man that was not in self defense after being instigated by them. I am a pacifist, and would never reduce myself to that kind of level, no matter what the provocation.

I also left every single relationship that had abuse like that, but normally after the second incident (or the 2nd or 3rd happened as I was leaving the relationship). And yes, reporting this is pretty much a non-issue. Call the police (which I did twice), and they simply shrug and do nothing. I had a friend who had this happen to him (I was a witness), his ex-gf came up and started spitting on him, then trying to scratch him. After trying to fend her off he finally pushed her on the ground after being scratched several times. When the cops arrived (I called them), they proceeded to arrest him, and took her statement that he had assaulted her and let her go.

In his 2nd arraignment hearing the lawyer finally got the 911 tapes, which in the background you could clearly hear both me and him telling her to leave him alone, and to go home. He was saying "Go home Stacy, you are drunk and I do not want to talk to you", while she was screaming "I am going to kill you, I am going to rip your eyes out!". The charges against him were finally dropped, but not a single charge against her for assault or filing a false statement was ever pressed.

when I was like 14 a group of kids decided to TP our house. My parents were away and the last thing I wanted was my father to come home and see a mess that I and my two younger brothers neglected to clean up. well I went out the back door and came out behind the kids doing the TPing while my two brother went out the front door. the kids started to run and one punk went right by me not seeing me until after I clotheslined him. Well his big sister came up and got in my face for laying her brother out. I told her she and her friends were going to clean up the mess or there would be hell to pay. She through a lame punch at me and then tried to kick me in the crotch as hard as she could. well I sidestepped the kick, grabbed her foot and instinctively put an elbow into her nose-hard. pop it went. her brother started running at me but before I could deal with him one of my brothers cut him down with a great cross body block and then by other brother got him with a hard right cross when he got up. The other kids in the posse were long gone.

Yeah, those remaining assholes cleaned up our yard. we told the bitch to use some of the TP to stuff up her broke nose. That's the last time I ever hit a female.

I do not view this as quite the same thing, this is just one of several attacks, so is more of a mele then anything else.

I view it differently if the kick is largely unprovoked and that is the actual intended attack from the very beginning.

Define "aggressive". If a guy attempts to physically harm you or rape you, fine. If you kick him in the nuts because you didn't like something he said, it should be assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature.

Even guys kick each other between the legs during a fight...

I didn't say kick em in the nuts if they verbally insulted you, I said it is an excellent form of self defense..

It would only be applied as a last resort if you knew the guy was trying to beat the crap out of you anyway!!

But it's ok, she takes it back!

It's all in the context. If a man goes to catch a woman from falling and ends up touching her breasts it's not sexual assault or sexual anything.

All I can add is that if a woman kicks a man in the nuts, it gives the man full license to beat the ever-loving fark out of her.

The only time I'd nail some guy in the nuts, it would be a last ditch effort to protect myself.
.and I sure as he'll wouldn't wait around to see what happened once he gathered himself.

Good girl. Self-defense is acceptable, but by then he's already given himself license to beat the ever-loving fark out of her so it doesn't change much.

Some women will do it for little to no reason though. Women typically overreact (not you, but many others). They don't know the damage it can cause. It'd be akin to me taking the handle-end of a baseball bat and turning a woman into a vaginal lollipop.
