Borland's IDE's have been available free of charge for some time now. Borland is giving away FREE 10 year licenses for them. There are 3 basic packages:
1) Turbo Delphi
2) Turbo Delphi for .NET
3) There is also Turbo C++
I have been using the Turbo Delphi package, and have only found one problem (well, not really a problem, but something due to my stupidity). I wrote my first program, my internet video tuner, without allocating my VCL objects dynamically. After a while, I kept getting a stack overflow whenever I attempted to run my program.... DUH!!!! For small programs, though, static addressing is nice, since you don't have to worry about memory leaks because you forgot to destroy an object once you were through with it. LOL.
Anyways - Here it is. Enjoy.
