Sunni and Shiite Islam: Do you know the difference? Take our quiz.

79% but I misclicked once so it should be higher.

You answered 15 of 19 questions correctly for a total score of 79%.

Average was 71.

42% - I confess that I'm not an expert in Islam, though I did take a couple of college courses on that religion several years ago, to fulfill a requirement....

Guess I've forgotten most of what I learned...

Anyway, Hi RDS! :2wave:

Hi Nightrider, keep smiling always.

I don't know Jack Shiite. :lamo

Perhaps sunni you will. ;)

I got 79% but some were guesses. Like I assumed that the most populous Muslim nation would be Sunni, because Sunni is more popular, but I did not know it was Indonesia off hand. Other stuff I knew from living in Turkey and having a Sunni Turk show me Shiits flagellating themselves with chains. And from studying American impirialism, I knew that Shiits overthrew the American backed Shah, but that is only because I focused myself to understanding American imperialism abroad earlier in my life.

For instance I am a fan of Mohammed Mossadegh and consider the British and American overthrowing of him undemocratic and illegal.

I considered becoming a muslim sometimes lacadaisically, but I can never get past the fact that its men on earth having supposed visions. I mean human prophets. I just dont believe in human prophets getting divine messages. More likely than not, up above is only outerspace.
