It's existence in at least four Scriptures, at least, pretty much removes any capriciousness. God does NOT do ANYTHING without it being based on a principle. In my view, the principle in operation is the Principle of Existence. I do not think God can be created without the faith of a massive number of people. But not everyone. Evolution to this age of disbelief is necessary. That evolution could only take place by the skepticism of disbelievers. Therefore, disbelievers are an integral part of the workings of Creation. They chose to not believe in God because they think they are Gods themselves and can understand the workings of Creation through the scientific method, mathematics, and so on. While those are the things, among higher conceptualizations of charity and environmentalism, that are absolutely necessary to evolve for Creation to occur, unfortunately it required disbelievers. These souls did chose of their own freewill to shut off the dimly perceived light inside the garden of the heart, but God is infinitely merciful. Therefore, God laid down Scripture, from religions all over the world, about a catastrophic series of events that will prove the Truth of the Word and the existence of God will be demonstrated for all to see.

Disbelievers can be fairly clean of bad Karma and base their lives on the correct mental rules/principles/commitments/vows of truthfulness and non-harmfulness and giving before receiving. But the absence of a thrice spoken prayer, with unwavering faith, to invite God/Allah/Brahman into their lives prevents them from evolving with the rest of us.

Unfortunately, some disbelievers still will not be able to find their way home. :(

Interestingly, I suspect that those disbelievers with mental illness will find an easier way forward. They are primed so to speak. They will have an easier time conceptualizing their own path to their own understanding of God.

That's what happens when you introduce the Mayan Calendar Extremists to the Christian Appocalyptical Ends and the Climate Warmer Believers. . . something's gotta give = sanity.

It occurs to me that taking the position of "I don't know" means that you are open to the possibility. This is an agnostic position. This is the minimal level of belief, being open to the possibility. Such a belief, that it is possible, can lead one higher.

I've been through enough of these hoaxes to not view them as anything more than scheduled hysteria.
