That's the problem with liberals they want people to give them everything. You want money go be of service to someone and earn it. You want to be wealthy you are in the place to do it easiest, the U.S. of A. Ain't no place easier and all you have to do is make reasonable decisions save and invest your pennies and live beneath your means and eventually you will have accumulated wealth and be able to live as you like. Lots do it everyday in this country. Spreading the gospel of how to do it, isn't a bad idea at all.

Unfortunately, that's not what word of faith false teachers, like Paula White, do. But I doubt the OP is even a believer, or knows the difference.

Yeah. I know the difference between someone chasing after money and those trying to save souls. But...these days, I suspect the money whores have more clout, given the lout you all elected to the WH.

Is that your spin to it? Televangists like Paula White are highly controversial within the Christian community because they promote this "seed money" BS that if you put money into their organization then God will reward you with material things. It is a terribly un-Christian philosophy.

Dead on the mark. In the 50's and 60's my dirt poor grandparents were sucked nearly dry by some radio huckster. There truly is a sucker born every minute.

This is most appropriate. Trump lies as badly as the bible does and for many of the same reasons. Both preach hatred and abuse of women. Both hate other peoples who are not "like us". The parallels are too many to list.

There is a lot of truth to this. Two areas in which a person can lie and get away with it without being sued for false advertising or charged with criminal fraud are religion and politics. That's not a coincidence.
