Rasmussen Reports: The Most Comprehensive Public Opinion Data Anywhere

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey shows U.S. voters trust the Democratic Party over Republicans on the top issue of the economy by just a three-point margin this month, 45% to 42%.

It is still too early to determine whether voters are trending away from the economic initiatives of President Obama and congressional Democrats, but this is the closest the two parties have been on the issue of the economy since the first week of last September. In March, voters trusted the Democrats more by a 47% to 40% margin.

For the third straight month, investors trust the GOP more to handle the economy, 48% to 42%, but non-investors still trust Democrats more by 16 points.

I would imagine that by the end of 2010 that margin will reverse in favor of Republicans; BUT, only if Republicans stick to their principles.

Arnold in my State is at all time lows because of two things; (1) the Liberals and Democrats will never like anyone who does not have a "D" next to their name; (2) he abandoned the Conservative Principles and the Republicans are pissed at him.

Republicans need to understand these two things if they want to remain relevant regardless of the cacophony of the Liberal elitist media types who suggest otherwise; (1) they will never be liked, respected or receive the support of Liberals even if they embrace Liberal ideals; and (2) they must stay true to the bases Conservative ideals. Those ideals are expressed best by the dictionary definition of Liberalism:

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey found that 38% would vote for their district’s Democratic candidate while 38% would choose the Republican.

Support for the Democrats fell two points this week, while support for the GOP candidates fell one point. Last week, the Democrats were ahead by just a 40% to 39% margin.

A month ago, Republicans took a two-point lead over Democrats, their first in several years, but that quickly reversed the following week. For the last three weeks, the Democrats have held modest one to four-point leads over the GOP.

Democrats began the year holding a six- or seven-point lead over the GOP for the first several weeks of 2009.

You all are missing the key information.

76% of voters are accounted for with a perfectly even split.

The there 24% don't seem to like the choices.

Essentially both parties suck and people are starting to realize it on a real scale.

About f-ing time I say.
