BBC NEWS | World | Europe | Germany seeks tax haven clampdown I hope this combined with the Stop Tax Havens Abuse Act* in the U.S will lead towards this issue being tackled on a global basis. Considering the fact that

[A] many C.E.Os in the UK pay a lower rate of tax then their cleaners

and

One third of the money that bypasses third world governments via offshore tax havens would be enough to meet the milenium development goals. This isnt a moment too soon
