The plot thickens. Does this change things for you? It gives me some pause in that if true, then it may not have been a political thing ordered from the top. Incompetent? Perhaps. Overwrought bureaucracy? Probably.
This is probably too much to ask, but I'd urge everybody to keep an open mind as this unfolds.

An Austin, Texas-based progressive group, Progress Texas, was one of them. Its executive director, Ed Espinoza, says it took almost a year and a half for the IRS to review the application from his organization.
