No, at this time he is not guilty, he is 'innocent until proven guilty'. All the facts have not been released to the public. The facts that are apparent tell us he may be guilty and there is plenty of reason to believe he is a target. Based on what I've seen, he is looking guilty, but perhaps there is some evidence unseen that would prove otherwise. I've seen so many things taken out of context in my life, a claim of guilt should only come after a serous and thorough consideration of all the facts. Those facts are not available to us. An adamant claim of guilt at this point only demonstrates a quality of prejudice in a person (intentional or unintentional). A person making claims like this surely cannot be taken seriously. I try to test the whole spectrum of theories first. I'm even considering they are both victims, they were both set up.
