Will You Vote for Obama?

Will You Vote for Obama

Um... Bush tax cuts, gitmo, more war, abandoning everything we wanted in healthcare reform and mandating more power for insurance companies, bailing out all those corporate pricks who caused the recession (I know the tea partiers flipped out over some of this stuff, but it was still a pro-business move)

Again if Obama was the all powerful all controlling Kenyan Tyrant you want him to be.........he would have surely kept all his empty and broken promises......

.....a president signs or doesnt sign. The biggest Leftist in history didnt cross party lines.....he didnt "moderate".....he merely signed the most leftist legislation he could get. The times when the legislation wasnt far enough to the Left for you, Stalin, and Obama.....is merely a testament there is still a sliver of sanity left in Washington.

You mean me? I vote socialist most of the time. I would vote for republicans if they espoused ideas I agree with. I mean in fact, not on paper. Some of their stated objectives are pretty good, but they don't actually do any of those things. But yeah, in a hypothetical election between a really crazy left-winger and a reasonable republican, I'd probably go with the reasonable guy. I just haven't ever seen such an election.

If Obama wasnt a crazy Left Winger........they dont exist.

You're either crazy, or the greatest troll I've ever met. I really hope it's the latter.

So standing with the Founders and for The Constitution is crazy.....mkay......

Well with everything going on Id have to say my answer is going to be yes/maybe. Not happy with whats going on but whos going to run against him that would get my vote? Currently no one especially with the sound bites people are using to try and set the road for running against him.

If a person was just themselves instead of using just sound bites I might vote for someone else.

WHats going to be the talking points of the candidate running against him and why would I believe they CAN do what they are saying, its even possible or why its better for America.

The president job is not an overnight one so currently Im fine with letting this president ride it out because at least he is trying instead of standing pat.

Ask me again though when its time

I did not vote for Obama the first time and I will not vote for Obama the second time.

I'm sure all the anti-war, pro taxes on the rich liberals will vote for Obama, the guy who not only continued the Bush wars, but started another one and who extended the Bush tax cuts.

Obama is a Joke!

He campaigned that he would drill as a short term measure, but not as a solution in and of itself.

What he meant was that he'd talk about drilling until he won the election, then stop talking about it. That's all the "President" means when he makes those noises.

And now hes drilling. Whats your point?

As a Democrat, Liberal, Progressive, etc., if the election were to be held today, would you vote for President Obama?

I am on the fence at this point. He has done many good things, but he has also dissappointed me in grave ways as well.

What about you, my fellow bleeding heart? Will you vote for him?

it largely depends on who he ends up running against. What I know of the likely candidates, today, I'd have to say yes.

Real Americans don't vote for Democrats.

it's that simple.

No, they vote for Neocons who want to take your civil liberties away instead. Amirite?

We are well aware of your disdain for the middle class, so you don't have to keep repeating it in every post. :sun

we are well aware of you attributing complete and utter BS to others

Yes, because his actions as President have been ENTIRELY THE SAME AS his voting record as Senator

That's why I don't identify with idealists. They just get in the way of reality. President Obama has learned, or perhaps always knew, valuable lessons of being the executive of the country. He may have gone in the direction I would not have gone, but I was once again impressed with inter-administration consistency in some regards. Obama himself may harbor some very solid liberal or perhaps outside the mainstream liberal views, but the office itself tames people's actions, and rightly so.

if keeping more of what you make is a civil liberty than your sainted dems hate freedom

I doubt that, seriously. ;)

well lots of net tax payers are republican but we conservatives would suffer if all the dems were to disappear

1) no haute couture

2) hair styles would be far plainer

3) soap operas and daytime talk shows-Oprah, Springer etc would disappear

4) many movies would never be made

5) lots of rockers gone-no Bon Jovi, no boss, no Bob weir and all of the rappers and hip hop artists

6) Lots of Cops, DAs and Jailers would be bored stiff

7) Movies about Union Corruption would be fictional rather than documentaries

don't drink either

you should be happy-I gave you dems a lot of credit

There are more tea partyers and prejudice than I first thought, and the others, for some reason hard to understand, just won't vote for their best interests. If they did, it would be Obama by 80 percent.

ricksfolly

Yeah... Hard to believe there are so many reactionaries out there...

ricksfolly

tell us Rick, why would a net tax payer want to vote for Obama

why would a prosperous small business owners vote for Obama

Gun owners

successful private practice doctors

Now i can understand why union leaders, plaintiff's attorneys, gays, libertines, etc would vote for Obama

Since Daniels has dropped out I don't see any reason to vote repub for president in 2012.
