Awesome! Thank you Mark Davis for having him on.
The more Cain talks the more I love him, if that's even possible.
I'm going to try to use this thread to keep current with Cain's opinions etc.
Here's something I just found.
Cain Slams Obama for Bringing 'Poisonous' Rapper to White House
Hard to say until the primaries play out and get to see them in action a bit.
I like a lot of what he says, but one of my big issues with Barack Obama was his lack of relevant job related experience. I think Cain has less than even Obama did . Its hard for me to justify throwing my vote behind someone with so little actual experience garding the government and the executive branch of it.

We have had lots of experienced politicians over the course of time.
Are you really so impressed with the results?
But you just said..At least with experienced politicians you get somewhat a glance in how much they suck up to their lobbyist and cronies. With a total green candidate one is clueless how corrupt they are.

I am looking to jump ships, so to speak, but I'm immensely skeptical of Cain's ideas, approach, and ability to carry through.
If I were to vote for someone it could be Gary Johnson.
I like Herman Cain, mostly for local reasons, but as far as politics go Gary Johnson is more likely to fit me politically.
The idea of making someone president who hasn't ever held any political office doesn't sit well with me. As far as I can tell some conservatives have found a guy that represents a conservative version of what they think of Obama and are rallying behind him. No experience, good talker, great at talking points, has no idea on policy etc...
Sorry but being the head of a large chain of burger kings and godfather pizzas would give you next to nothing as far as political insight goes.
He turned both of them around in short order. He can do the same for the country. He's a smart, focused man and he knows how to lead.
No. Why?
1. He supported TARP.
2. He flip flopped on auditing the Fed, and likely wont confront the problem it poses.
3. He has never held public office, and has little political experience. Didn't we criticize Obama for that?
4. His foreign policy is: "I don't know the facts, so I wont tell you."
He is one of the better ones (most are RINOs) but I would vote for Ron Paul. Paul has consistency with his free market beliefs, and the record to prove it. Plus, polls show he has a greater chance of beating Obama. Who knows what Cain will actually do when given power. Yes, he is a successful business man. But that does not mean he will govern according to the constitution. I don't like having no way of knowing.
Herman Cain will be on Becks radio show in a few minutes. About time! he said he's going to ask him some tough questions.
You'd vote for "blame America first" and "I wouldn't have killed Bin laden like that" Ron Paul, before you'd vote for Herman Cain?
