Well, not entirely. They could have hired a National Geographic crew for deep water exploration-doing a sort of experiment to watch what happens when something up above meets ocean creatures.

    No. You keep a trophy.

I think it's gauche for a government to keep trophies. If the man who'd taken the shot had taken a finger or an ear, I wouldn't hold it against him.

We'd have to make his skull the presidential chalice of doom or something like that.
I was discovering that life just simply isn't fair and bask in the unsung glory of knowing that each obstacle overcome along the way only adds to the satisfaction in the end. Nothing great, after all, was ever accomplished by anyone sulking in his or her misery.

The Osama Skull Gravy Boat, used at fancy government dinners... you know, just to remind visiting foreign dignataries and heads of state from countries that give us grief what happens when someone really, really pisses us off.

    No vote.
Only a sick society would even think "trophy".
Or , from some, the disrespect continues.

I seriously hope that when the Navy dumped this piece of craps body that they kept the head. Maybe the President can have it cleaned, put it on his desk and keep jellybeans in it.
