It's all going to come down to money. If he thinks he can raise the funds, yes, I think he'll run. I think he'd have a lot of catching up to do though -- or he could end up looking like a Sarah Palin. As a businessman, I doubt there's anyone more astute. As a statesman? They'd sure have to bring him up to speed.
 
I suspect he only did this for publicity. Then he got some promising poll numbers and began to believe his own hype which is always fatal. Now, he believes he actually did something today and is most likely envisioning himself sleeping in the White House after telling Obama "your'e fired".

The clown just may decide to do it and get serious.

He isn't really that much of a businessman, he just plays one on TV.

He is a classic American success story: start with daddy's millions and move the ball a few yards down the field. Sorry, but his business resume includes numerous bankruptcies, SEC issues and numerous customer and vendor lawsuits. His spotty business career and ugly personal life fundamentally disqualify him from being a legitimate presidential contender. Not to mention that he is generally pretty liberal (and obnoxiously liberal, if he chooses to run as a Regressive) He is, however, a brilliant promoter... and that is what we are seeing.
 
This is the guy that bankrupted a casino, are you really gonna want him running your country?
 
I don't think Donald could get above a slow jog. He might power walk though.
 
I don't know. I hope he doesn't run.
 
No, he wouldn't want the financial disclosure requirement.
