Same for the drug war but even if states decriminalized and/or legalized drugs, what stops the Federal Government and its cadre of thugs and punks from busting in?

I thought the US was founded on the Egyptian religion, and the founders like to get it on. What? You think they were all gay? Half of them were screwing their slaves, as a perk of being the Master. Thomas Jefferson had a half dozen black children, so,.................. I guess they liked prostitution and so does the god of this nation, ol Joesph's best friend was screwing his lady Mary and had a kid. Yeah, lot of something going on there with the founding & founders, huh? LMAO!

It should be legalized and taxed if ya ask ME. I could do without the tax part but it is what it is. They should be given a check and then a license that show they are clean.

I would oppose prostitution just on that alone.

    Unions need to stop existing.

Would you oppose prostitution based on it being taxed?

It's like drugs. I wouldn't want my child having any kind of opportunity to earn money that way. I don't know about the constitutionality of it. But if I could vote on it I would vote no. And then I'd put on my peasant woman disguise and vote no again.
