I was just wondering how often people on DP watch Fareed Zakaria GPS.
 
don't watch CNN (parents too cheap to buy cable)

But sometimes I read his stuff in Time, before that in Newsweek. He's a pretty sharp dude.
 
Rarely. I often do not watch CNN anymore because I am tired of Facebook and Twitter..and touch screen displays.

I do respect the man, however.
 
I never watch television, but Fareed Zakaria is a very insightful guy. I can't say that I always agree with him (like when he suggested we should scrap the income tax in favor of a VAT), but he's smart and he argues in good faith, unlike many commentators. I probably agree with 75% of what he says.
 
whenever i can, but i have to wait for it to come on at work, as we don't get cable at home

I would prefer Fareed to half of the programs on Fox. It is just that Fareed is stuck in gadgetville 2.0 News, where anything Web 2.0 is seen as brilliant.
