I heard something on the radio about how many people hate their jobs. I'm wondering if this is true. Please vote and feel free to add your comments!

I love teaching, but I really dislike some of the things about my district and the state. It's just too political. I just want to teach.

Love it. It wasn't so fun in the beginning where I had an average of 60 hour weeks and sometimes ran up to 80 on a bad one, but now its a lot better with my own team.
I see so many classic textbook cases in consulting it's ridiculous. Harder problems require deeper thinking, but problem solving, is, in my opinion, fun :p
Plus, the pay's awesome.

I hate my job, and I'm very worried about losing it.

I'm retired but I worked at one job for thirty years. First ten, I enjoyed it. Second ten, I loved it. Last ten, I hated it. We got overrun by yuppies from California.

Never had a job, so yeah.

I greatly dislike my job, and will leave as soon as I can find a new one.

I hope you are spending your free time developing the skills you need for your dream job. If you are not pursuing your passion you will never be really happy in your work.

Absolutely love my job... at least 95% of it.

I like my job fine - it allows me lots of flexibility, decent pay, work from home and lab time, industry training and okay benefits and good vacation time. Almost zero chance for advancement though which is the only down side.

I like my job, but I barely get by on it, so I'm actively looking for another one.

I really hate my job. However, there are other jobs I hate more. So I voted "like" in the poll.

Meh, its a job. I feel extremely lucky to have an employer that is able to be very flexible with my work schedule. This makes it really easy to fit in when I am taking 18 credits a semester at school. Also, the pay is pretty good, most college students will leave school with a bunch of debt, I am actually making money and opened an investment account last week. However, the work I am actually doing is pretty boring, and I spend my entire day looking at a computer screen.

Like my job, good pay and benefits, but I can not stand some of the people I work with. They start complaining about something the minute they get there and continue throughout the day. They complain about absolutely everything.

It's a job. Not like kids are walking around at 5 years old, dreaming of growing up to be an accountant.
