Yes, I agree... mostly... a good exposure to the sun is healthy and necessary, it's the majority of people that are vitamin D deficient...
Here's a distinction that I'm making that people aren't seeming to realize : Yes, this dose of radiation that will come from this disaster is at it's worst the closer to the plant itself.
What parts of it get caught in the jetstream DO disperse... and there is a low level fallout that will spread the earth for YEARS, like what happened after Chernobyl... and so there is going to be an increase in radiation levels... the worst time is going to be the FIRST revolution around the earth that this radiation goes... and even though I do NOT think that this is anything worth panicking about, the radiation readings are off the scale one prefecture over in Japan, even though they are not releasing the data around fukushima.
I don't believe that's being done because the radiation levels are "safe" as we're being sold.
Ya, the prevailing winds are easterly... the jetstream as well...
They only reported radiation readings in the US based on what got here from the 'mini' explosion that happened, NOT the number 3 reactor explosion. The one captured by a japanese child or it would have probably been covered up and never discussed.
But, yes, I agree.... for the 37th time, I'm not living in the fear that you seem to think I am.
Meanwhile, by the sounds of things, it'd be the equivalent of you trying to tell me that shark teeth CANNOT hurt you when they got the laser pointers on their heads, and the water is chummed.
If I had to put it on a scale, of 1 - no big deal to 10 - get in your underground bunker and pray... this event is probably a 3-4. It's foolish to call it a 1... it's ALSO foolish to call it a 10... and that's not a variation of what I was saying before... even though you guys make it out like I'm putting this as an 8 or a 9.
