I love this, I'm sure the people of Iran are glad they live under a liberal government, and that anarchists are uber-conservatives.

They have a statist government.....an all controlling corrupt government......a liberal wet dream turned nightmare.

:lol: Which has absolutely no bearing on what I said. Amount of government control is completely independent of the governments philosophy, I advocate for a limited government, but I'm liberal, yet by your logic, that alone should make me conservative, which is obviously bull****. And the uber-religious that want a theocracy definitely aren't liberal, but again, your logic says they are.
 
It's only tyranny when we disagree with it.
 
More on the political left, but frankly, many liberals would find that odd or perhaps, should they be very dedicated.....rather offensive.

The Compass puts me on the Left, too, but that doesn't quite seem to fit.

Perhaps. What American liberals consider to be pressing issues, I do not necessarily agree. What American liberals think is an important way of looking at the world, I may certainly think it is dangerous. On the other hand, I never quite identified myself as an American conservative either, never really wishing to be a conservative. I just found myself to be seen as more conservative than I thought I actually was.

This little exercise is obviously skewed in a certain way with a very limited world view. The laughed raucously when I got my score. I will have to say the way the questions are structured leaves much to be desired. I answered the best way possible with such a limited choice of options.

I did it for grins. Labels aren't my thing. I know some people feel lost without them. Which is tragic.
 
On social issues I am left... but most of those political quizzes I take say I am a center Libertarian or a mini anarchist... :shrug:
