Apparently Conservative thinks that the BLS tables are actually per monthly changes, rather than cumulative totals. The problem is, if it was per monthly changes then the workforce is expanding by around 260 million monthly and the out of workforce by around 70 million. Basically, the US population is doubling every month if the tables are per monthly changes rather then cumulative.

Huh? ........
I believe it has to do with discouraged workers
When the BLS reports 2 million discouraged workers Consdervative feels that is 2 million discouraged workers who became discourage workers during that month, rather then a cumulative total
Conservsative tends to mix and match charts to suit his ideology and is inconsistant in doing so, using real dollar and constant dollars as comparable when due to inflation they are not you have to use constant dollars (or in my opinion % of GDP) to remain constistant in comparisons between years let alone different administrations.
Obvious Child is using a hyperbolic example to illustrate the problems with Conservatives ideas
