How many buildings in NYC did the Scientologists destroy? I must have missed that news feed.

Radical tree huggers would be killing people who worked for companies making DDT and are of the same type who spike trees hoping to kill or injure a logger. Legal protesters and boycotts are fine with me even if I do not agree with the cause and, therefore, are not "radical". They are law abiding.

It would certainly make an improvement. Would ALL radical Islamic bad will toward the US cease? No, there are other reasons than just the US's occupation of their nations, but it is a very significant one.

I'd say a bigger step would be an end to the whole US imperialist foreign policy. Basically, if someone like Ralph Nader or Ron Paul had control of the military the bad will in the middle east would be significantly reduced, more so than just withdrawal.

I would urge you to read frantz fanon's "Wretched of the Earth". The man was a psychologist that did extensive work with terrorists in the algerian uprising against the french. mind you, he's a fairly left-wing / pro-terrorist sort of guy (Sarte loved him); but his depiction of their drive to violence as a means of relieving internal psychological pressure was very insightful.

Wait, who invaded who? Who removed democratically elected officials and installed dictators? Who has taken by force the others natural resources and left the population poor? See, you are explaining the situation but, America is the bully and the Muslim countries are trying not to show weakness.

Muslims did. back in the 7th-9th Century. you gotta remember to think like they do.

Who removed democratically elected officials and installed dictators?
    in the middle east? Hezbollah.

Who has taken by force the others natural resources and left the population poor?
generally speaking most Middle Eastern autocrats whom i would imagine you would oppose the US opposing.

none of which changes the fact that Islamist Fundamentalism is fundamentally a "bully" ideology.

Right-wingers don't make peace, so the question is meaningless. There is nothing foreign countries could do that would appease fascists in the US, and there is nothing we could do that would appease them abroad. The real question is what consensus can be reached among the vast majority of peoples in all countries.

on the contrary, si vis pacem para bellum.

and al-quada, among other things, supports state socialism, siezure of "unearned income" (interest and capital gains), and anthropogenic global warming theory

you are correct, however, to draw a link to fascism. early 20th Century Islamist theorists (chief among them Sayyid Qutb) were quite enamored of the Fascist critique of Enlightenment Western values and culture.
