I would definitely agree with at least "one" unwinnable war. But two? Last I knew Iraq was considered as a win?

You are talking about the Iraq here on planet earth right?? win??

I don't think you can really judge how much damage either has done for some years yet.

Maybe not, but I think Obama would have to work very hard to catch the damage Bush brought about.

Bush by far, he dragged the US into 2 failing wars, started a Global War on Terror, that only spurred more terror, he ignored Katrina, he introduced perhaps the most destructive bill in Human history, PATRIOT.

What has Obama done? Social reform, promotion of peace, socialised healthcare, welfare, all these amazing policies (everyone on the damn planet loves these, except you Americans.) And what do you have to say about it? It's damaging your country? >.>

In my humble opinion Obama needs to be told by somebody "IT'S THE ECONOMY STUPID".

Obama was part of the bailout process when corporations ask for money, the least he could do is ask the corporations to at least offer more jobs.

None the less Bush has done quite the bit of damage, not only to the US but also the world.

Neither one really. Bush was stupid on some things. Obama is stupid on some things. I'm not a partisan by any means, so I don't chant the perfunctory mantras. From my vantage point things are going along swimmingly. You have to remember, you have to break a few eggs to make an omelet.

I am still looking for all of the above. :doh

Without question, it's Obama. Beyond all reasonable doubt, Obama's actions are deliberately harmful, and not the product of ignorance or human error, as could be argued for Bush at times.

That's just... ridiculous.

Probably Bush, simply because he was in office for 8 years which gave him a whole lot more time to make big mistakes. Not to mention turning a massive surplus into a massive deficit. And the bailouts.

Give Obama 6 more years, then we'll see.

In what way?

Obama signs a 2500 page law passed by legislators who couldn't be bothered to read it and he signs it before he or any human has time to review it. This law is now removing health care options from Americans, and it's so odious that well connected companies are requesting and receiving exemptions to it's implementation.

Obama jacks the national budget up to height reached only by the SR71 Blackbird, and he's suddenly become budget conscious (because the Americans took the House away from him) and now he wants to freeze federal spending at that absurd level.

One only needs to realize what an insult he gave to our staunchest ally by returning the bust of Winston Churchill, not to mention giving the queen of England an iPod containing his boring speeches. He's alienated every world leader by his incompetence.

Mayor Snorkum doesn't see any new drilling in the ocean off California. Mayor Snorkum doesn't see any new drilling anywhere in the United States or off any of our shores. But Mayor Snorkum does see gasoline hitting economy crushing heights this summer. But, Obama was told that his opportunity driven drilling moratorium was both capricious and unconstitutional, and the courts lifted the moratorium. So Obama imposed a new moratorium the next day. That can only be deliberate and no less an act of sabotage than if he'd tied C4 to the leg of an oil rig to shut it down.

He's still trying to make up his mind if he should intervene in Libya, as if his losing two wars at one time wasn't enough.

As I said, the damage Obama done is too great, too coordinated, and too evil to be accidental.

Fortunately, Obama has less than two years.

Too early to tell in reality but Bush is clearly way out front.

It also depends on what you value the most and your own opinions of those things. This question is very subjective.

For me 2/21/11 is clearly bush, no debate at all but ask me again 2 years after obama is done, maybe my answer will change

Such a balanced answer.

Agreed Bush has done quite a bit of damage to the U.S. and the world.
Also Obama promised change, after 3 yrs. where is the economy today?

I don't mind breaking a few eggs but these damn budget cuts could be a little less.

So in answer to high gas prices we should "drill baby drill" so gas prices could go down for a month and then go back to where they are now???
So oil companies can have yet another record breaking year on profit.

America is just getting over one oil man/president we don't need another.

Can I have an option "they're practically identical"?

On one hand, Bush started two wars. On the other hand, Obama elevated those wars. On one hand the Bush administration administered torture, on the other hand the Obama Justice Department is fighting the Supreme Court like wildfire. They both have terrible tax policies, etc.

Primarily, they both have absolutely unacceptable foreign policy. I suppose that if I HAD to pick I'd probably go with Obama. Mostly because he's portrayed as some sort of "progressive warrior", which is laughable, and discredits those actually wanting progressive reforms.

From an impeachability standpoint I'd go with Bush, but only slightly.

Might want to include a few phrases on both sides.

Like tese for Bush,
Why not turn our port security over to Dubai?
Doin a good job Brownie?

And these for Obama,
If elected I promice change?
I will stand for the people on Main st. just as firm as I stand for the people on Wall st?

What a bizarre question, comparing Barack Obama with George W. Bush. Why don't you just ask who has done more damage to the quality of movies, Martin Scorsese or Michael Bay.

Statistically, Obama. Just go to Treasury Direct, and look at the Debt to the Penny calculator. Bush raised the public debt almost 3 times what Clinton did, and Obama's raising it about 3 times what Bush did - almost 9 times what Clinton did...

Policy-wise, Obama. You have to realize, he voted for Iraq War funding, the Patriot Act, the Bush budgets (including the bailouts/TARP), and a free trade agreement with Oman. So even the Bush agendas were partly his fault as a member of Congress voting in support of them. He hasn't shown interest in reducing military spending or spending in general, he extended the Patriot Act another year unchanged, and he's broken all his campaign promises about bipartisanship, transparency, honesty, etc.

By the way, Bush was the first to use the "Yes, we can". In his 2000 state of the union address he said "Juntos Podemos", 'together we can'. I guess he let Obama use it.

Need I go on???

Iraq War was a fundamental mistake, though I think obama's plans for the US are far more dangerous long term, my vote at this moment goes against bush.

Note: His tax cuts worked incredibly well Iraq was just too expensive
