of course we shouldn't have such a tax system-if we had a flat tax or a fair tax-the many couldn't vote up the rates of the highest tax payers and then individuals should all have the same vote

    No it isnt

the more you are forced to give to the government, the more you should get in return

high tax payers should face Less Punishment as a benefit for being taxed more-not punished more after having more wealth taken

It should be a right. Making it a privilege leaves open the possibility that the government can eventually take away that privilege.
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murder is less to fear"

    That's not how communities work.
If you notice something good in yourself, give credit to God, not to yourself, but be certain the evil you commit is always your own and yours to acknowledge.

Because last election, my car wouldn't start, and it was pouring rain, I got drenched walking to the polling place.

Seriously though, it doesn't serve much of a purpose, unless you remove the secret ballot, people just have to show up, they don't have to vote, and even if they don't show up, the penalty is a $50 fine, it's a fairly redundant system.

And most people pay tax on fuel and stuff like that, the only people who pay no tax what so ever are homeless.

I already said. People can contribute to society in ways other than taxes. Centering the vote around taxation doesn't make sense.
