You have to classify Christianity as a ethnicity too

I'm fairly certain that:

jew - is a person
jews - a people
judiasm - is the religion
hebrew - the language

And yes, jews are first and foremost an ethnic group, according to the rabinic law, and then a religious one. You can be a non-religious jew.

It all depends on the tone, and how you use it. Pretty sure you can't call someone a "****ing jew", but describing a jewish person as a jew is alright. I'm not the kind of person who cares about peoples feelings, and I don't think I've ever seen a jew before, so get a second opinion on that.

A jew is defined by someone who adheres to the religious faith as outlined by the Old Testament or Torah.

Once a Jew rejects Judaism, then they can no longer call themselves a Jew

Just because, the propaganda machine has taken over the issue in the public domain, doesnt mean the truth is lost now does it?

You are in denial because you believe Judaism is an ethnicity - well not only isnt it an ethnicity, there are no ethnicities at all on the planet, purely based upon DNA. There are no DNA makers for race or ethnicity. There is only one species of Human.

Sorry, no Chosen People I'm afraid - its unlikely that if a God did exist that he/she would be a raving racist and bigot, as much as the CHosen Ones would want this to be the case

It never occurred to me that it might be, since it's a shortened form of "Jewish" and many Jewish comedians/personalities use the term without any hint of insult...but I guess I can see how some might consider it to be offensive.

That simply isn't true, and genetic diseases like Tay-Sachs and Sickle Cell Anemia prove it.

The Human GEnome has already been decoded - I am afraid there is no DNA markers for human race. There is only one Human species

Race or ethnicity is a human construct that has a socio-political (and other) basis

As much as Jews and other tribalist groups would love to parade around the world claiming to be Supreme and Chosen - I am afraid there is not genetic evidence to support their racism and bogotry

In fact the science supports the opposite scenario

Well, there IS some obvious racism and bigotry going on here, but it certainly isn't theirs by benefit of their ethnicity.

You seem rather annoyed at the whole God's chosen thing. Why would you take something you don't believe in, so personally? Btw, you know that Gardener is not actually Jewish or a moth for that matter, right?

Some people will always be offended no matter what words are used, so yes some will find “jew” offensive.

Especially since Ethnic Jews are everywhere, which is a person born and raised Jewish, but isn't necessarily a believer in the Jewish religion.
 
If "Jew" is insulting, then so is "Muslim" and "Christian." If not, then why the anomaly?

This issue is far simpler than it seems, imo.

That is a perfectly normal number of coincidences. Some of the things you describe aren't even coincidences, they have mundane explanations.
