I pay $115 for phone/internet/cable/HBO. I know HBO is $16. I figure phone is $20, internet and cable are $40 each.

I wish... it clocks at about 8-10 Mbps down, 3.5 Mpbs up, and DC's me on average of 2 times a day. I don't bundle it with any of their other services, so they charge me a premium. The same service was $29.99 three years ago when I first subscribed and they just keep cranking down the thumbscrews.

Ouch, that really sucks. I think 12 Mbps service in our area is only like $45/month, regardless of whether you bundle it or not.

Okay, I take that back, it's $10/month more if it's not bundled.

Mine is bundled with the Internet..

    This must change.
TV shows the same programs(some are good) over and over and there are far too many obnoxious advertisements.
Reform is needed, which the conservatives are sure to block.
But, twenty years from now, these reforms will occur and the conservatives can soak their heads... There will be a marriage, a melding of TV, cable, and the Internet..
There may not even be a Cable, FAIK.
Its waste which must be eliminated. Some , 1% , of commercials are of use.

I couldn't tell you since they don't break down the bundle, but I pay $109 a month for internet/TV/phone for Verizon's FIOS. It's a great deal, especially for the internet, since I get 25mb down/15mb upstream unlimited. Like most people, I download almost everything I watch, I can't remember the last time I actually had to tune in to see a show. I watch when I want to watch.
