Yes, because it is intrusion in the area clearly prohibited in the Holy Bible!

I am okay with the ban on federal funding right now. Having seen some video of the farthest we have progressed, we have a long way to go and animal testing is the place where research and funding should be focused.

Everybody had a right to feel how they wish just dont be upset when someone else disagrees or points out the lack of logic of it. I personally know a guy who "doesn't want his tax money going to the sin of murdering babies and that the "anti-life" people should be ashamed of themselves for supporting such sin" but hes fine with the death penalty, give me a break

I have NO PROBLEM with his personal choice to think that way but when you preach them to others you are going to get laughed at
Well...for what its worth I think the primary culprit of what you mention is most likely a faux conservative who has 'invented' this really spoofy character...and was probably going to call himself Stephen Colbert or sime such thing...but settled on a one word moniker instead

Does **** like that even matter to you?

There are private universities, businesses, and other entities that are and should be doing the research for this.
Do you think it's possible that the government might have some secret motive to be involved with investing in it?

England cloned a baby... My friend's Dad works for the government, and he told us that years before it was public news. It was crazy... He told us some other stuff that hasn't happened yet, but it involved technology they are working on.

There is some freaky stuff going on

One thing I always found about people that say Stem Cell Research should be stopped are people that either have never had or had a family member that had an illness, are so extreme religious that they scare other believers, or they have the money to get good treatment. In other words if the shoe was on the other foot I bet they would be wishing the research would continue.

It's my understanding that adult stem cells are proving more promising than embryonic.
You have to eventually move from animals to humans.
